Ask your inner wise self what is getting in the way of your happiness, or ask if you should be with the man you are seeing, or ask yourself if you are living up to your full potential and if not, what is keeping your from doing so and what are the next steps. You will be surprised at how clear your answers will be. You just have to trust it. Sometimes, your Wise Woman will tell you to get outside help. Once you learn how to do this, you'll want to visit your Wise Woman often. It will feel right because it's you visiting the best part of who you are. I wish you much joy and happiness as you get to know the amazing women that you were meant to be.

In your mind's eye, see yourself in the most peaceful setting imaginable. Settle into that place in whatever way feels right. Take your time. Explore it's beauty, the colors, smells, sounds. This is your Sanctuary of Safety. You'll come here any time you wish to go inward. Sink deeper into your chair and then ask your Inner Wise Woman to appear to you. She represents a direct conduit to your deep knowing, your womanly intuition. Speaking to her can help by removing the mind chatter, fear, and mistrust that often causes you to ignore your intuition, your gut feelings and those pesky red flags. She could be in any form: a light, an angel, a goddess, a rock, it doesn't matter. You'll know when it's her. When she appears, begin a conversation with her. Ask her for advice on whatever subject with which you're needing help. As she speaks to you, you'll know it's your own deep wisdom because your gut will tell you. You'll feel it in your body.
