We’re going to go back and give your little girl what she needed to make her feel safe and loved. We’re going to make those bad habits go away--or not come around as easily or as often or as destructively--and transform them into new, empowering habits, habits that you’ve chosen, rather than habits that arrived uninvited and didn’t leave when you asked them to.
