How To Learn The Lessons Locked Within Every Life Experience

"Be Wise" Menu

Take The High Road For The Best ViewThis is an extremely important process so I hope you will do exactly as I advise so you can reap the amazing benefits that are possible. The goal is to help you learn the lessons from past experiences so you can move ever closer to becoming your most magnificent self.

First, I'd like you to read the instructions for going into a meditative state (basically, quieting your outer mind) so you can access your deeper knowing. You can do so by reading the You Are A Fountain of Wisdom article.

Okay, now that you know how to do the meditation process you're ready to learn how to harvest the wonderful lessons buried in each experience that you choose to investigate.

In this meditative state, go back to an experience, or visit a past relationship, and ask your Wise Woman to help you discover the lesson to be learned.

To trigger your deeper wisdom you can ask these types of questions:

  1. Why did I choose to be with this person?
  2. Why did that person do that to me? What should I learn from having to endure that?
  3. How can I become a stronger, wiser person for having to go through that?
  4. How can I learn so I don't have to go through that again?
  5. How can that experience (or that person) help me in my life today?
  6. How can that experience make me a better person?
  7. How can that experience help me be a better friend (or wife, sister, daughter)?

Allow your deepest wisdom to come up with the questions that will help you learn the lesson. continued continued
