Why Do Men Fall – And Stay – In Love?

Men are attracted to beautiful women. We all know that. But what you might not know is that a man who is looking for “The One” needs her to be beautiful in more ways than simply what’s on the outside. Sure, he needs to be attracted to your appearance but what enables him to stay interested is a woman’s inner beauty.

I spent 2 years interviewing men for my book, Men Made Easy, and in every interview I always asked what qualities were most attractive in a woman. Once we got past the jokes about body parts, they said what really keeps their interest is a woman who’s happy, has a positive outlook, is funny (or at least think he’s funny), is confident, poised, feminine, and simply enjoys life.

Maybe you think you already are all those things, but are you a genuinely happy woman? I used to think I was, but my dedication to personal growth has expanded my capacity to be happier than I would have ever thought possible.

Do you have a positive outlook? Not sure? Pay attention to how often you complain or gossip contrasted with how often you find yourself feeling grateful. How often do you feel tired and irritable compared to how often you want to sing and dance? How easily do you laugh and how playful are you?

Are you self-confident? Poised? Are you respectful of others, appreciative, complimentary, kind, and generous? As a woman develops her Feminine Grace, she naturally exudes the qualities that are most attractive to men.  And, in case that word bothers you, feminine simply means you enjoy being a woman.

If you start paying attention to how happy you are and what keeps you from being so, you can begin to create more joy. The more joy you exude, the more attractive you become to men and everyone else around you. You end up beating out the competition.
