"Be More Spiritual" Menu

You are divine, you are exquisite, you are a blessing to all.

Why does spirituality matter? It matters because spirituality is our core, it's who we are when everything else is stripped away. I used to be afraid of self-discovery, of looking too deeply inside because I was fearful that I would find that there was nothing there. But a family event forced me to go inward and I discovered an exquisite world that grew into who I am today, a magnificent being filled with love, passion and joy.

I'm connected to my center which automatically connects me to a power greater than me, what many call God. But for me, the word God is too constraining because when people hear that name, that word, they conjure in their mind what they think it means and are often unable to hear how much more God can be. So I try not to use the word God so my meaning can be experienced by those who read my words.

Spirituality is any deeply felt experience. You can ride the rapids and feel spirit or you can make love and get lost in the experience, one with your spirit. Spirituality can be developed as an ongoing project. When your spirituality grows, so do you. I have many thoughts on this subject and will offer articles to reflect my thoughts and feelings. My hope is that I can spark your interest and desire to become the light and "delight" that you are here on this planet to be.
