How to MasturbateAside from the obvious and easy benefits already mentioned, masturbation is good for you.  Yes, good for you.  There are real, documented, health benefits derived from masturbation.  Dr. Michael F. Roizen goes into depth about these benefits in his wonderful book Real Age.

According to Dr. Roizen a sufficiently frequent and satisfying sex life can actually erase more than a year from your physical age.  There may not be anything you can do about your calendar age, your birthday will arrive at the same time this year as it did last and so on, but your physical age is something else entirely.  Dr. Roizen is such a believer in the healthful benefits of sex that he has even prescribed it for some of his patients.  Having an orgasm just twice a week may reduce your physical age by as much as 1.6 years. The mindset that suggests that if a little of something is good, more must be better has caused many a doctor’s patient to do themselves harm. Here however we find evidence to suggests that more may indeed be better.  If you were fortunate enough to have 350 orgasms in one year you might very well reduce your physical age by as much as eight years. Hence a happy healthy woman of 40 may very well appear to be no more than 32. While her friends were spending their money on cosmetics or undergoing expensive surgery to look younger, she was becoming younger and enjoying the process.

Finding a partner who is willing to help us achieve two or more orgasms a week is not always easy.  Even with the most willing and desirable of partners, life will interfere from time to time.  People really do get headaches.  Children do not always sleep through the night. Work has to be done. Sometimes life just interferes. That’s where masturbation comes in.
