1) Music For Your Spirit
In the Sept. 15 Bottom Line Personal there was an article titled The Music Cure. It talked about the healthy benefits of music from pain relief, heart help, help for stroke and Parkinson's patients, dementia relief, and breathing difficulties.

I'm working on a book titled How To Be More Attractive, Inside and Out. If you've been reading my books and articles for a while you know that I'm always trying to inspire you to focus on being happier and in so doing, you'll be more attractive. Well, music is something that... I encourage, especially dancing to it, singing it or playing it. It makes sense that if it can help with physical ailments, it certainly can improve our spirits. That's not news. But seeing that article made me realize I should remind you that for your physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being, you should listen to, dance to, sing to and play music that makes your heart sour. You'll be happier, more pleasant to be around, sexier, and more attractive. Not a bad return for something as tiny as a CD.

2) Develop Your Dating Confidence

3) When Is It the Right Time To Have Sex?

Don't you wish there was a special guide that would give you the exact answers to each of these kinds of questions. It would be so much easier if we didn't have to guess. But since we are all human beings, which automatically puts each of us into the "individual" basket, there are no exact rules. So it's best to err on the side of caution. There are many reasons why you can completely ruin your chances if...

4) Men Marry "Nice" Women
I've been reading Why Men Marry Some Women and Not Others by John T. Molloy, the same man who wrote Dress For Success so many years ago. A lot of his research was interviewing men who had just gotten marriage licenses. One of the things that I only knew intuitively was that you shouldn't dress sexy for a first date. The majority of the men put women into two categories: Those they bedded and those they wedded. When they described their wives-to-be they used terms that said they respected them, looked up to them, described what they wore on their first meeting as respectable, and that they were nice girls. It's the whole, "You make me want to be a better man" thing. Yes, men like sex but that's not the number one thing on their mind when they're looking for a wife. It's a great book and I highly recommend it.

I've done several more videos but I'm not sure where they're posted. I'll find out from my web partner and let you know. There are two on UTube but I don't like the second.We recorded a new version and it's much livlier.

6) Thank You For Last Week

So many of you wrote and let me know how much you appreciated that post and let me know in a variety of ways that you enjoy, learn from, and are inspired by my newsletter articles. You have no idea how touched I was by your outpouring of love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
