AliveWithLove.com Home Only subscribers to the newsletter have access to this page. January 1st, 2008 Hi all, it's Kara here overlooking beautiful Catalina Island 26 miles across the sea... as the song goes, The first day of a new year tends to bring to mind goals and resolutions. Even if you're not inclined to set goals, everyone talks about it. Do you have any unachieved goals or resolutions left over from last year? Often, people have the same thing on their list, year after year but never do anything to make it a reality. There's an amazing book that my "life achievement" mentor, David Neagle, told me about. I've probably mentioned it before but this is a good time to bring it up again if you have any goals that you're ready to achieve, not just wish for you will love this book. The book is called The Science Of Getting Rich by Wallace Waddles. The topic is money but it shows you how to focus your intentions on whatever the goal might be, whether something to do with love, job, family, money, learning a new skill... whatever. I highly, highly recommend you pick up a copy. It's short and inexpensive and worth reading several times until you really feel in your heart what he is saying. I'm sure I read it at least 10 times. That book, along with David Neagle's guidance, is the reason I'm engaged and why I'm able to launch my new programs. In This Issue: 1) A Weight Reduction Program That Actually Works... Long Term 2) To Choose To Improve Your LIfe You Need To First Become Aware Of What Needs To Change Awareness is the first step in any self-improvement endeavor. First, awareness of what's not working, then awareness of what you're doing that's getting in the way of your goals, and finally, awareness of what to do to make those needed changes. That last part sometimes takes some searching to find the right resources but if you want things to improve bad enough, you'll do whatever it takes. If you want your relationship to be better, you need to become aware of your part of the dance. If you're looking for someone to share your life with, what are you doing, or not, to keep that from happening? One of the courses that will be available on my new web site is How To Become a "10" – which is about raising your score on the Dating Fitness Test (the higher the score the more desirable you will be) – offers new insight to awaken your awareness and a step-by-step program to help you achieve greater success in your relationship goals. 3) Open Your Heart To Love and Life At the core of my teachings is to help you develop more heart-to-heart connections with everyone with whom you interact. Obviously, for those you hardly know, that means just having a softer intention. But with those you're close to – family, friends, lover – it means really seeing who the other person is, what their heart needs from you, what your heart needs from them, and how to manifest more love. As I move into this new phase of my work I invite all of you who are dating and searching for that special person to join me. I was going to launch my new web site tomorrow but there have been some technical challenges that are going to make us push that date back to January 7th. I'm thrilled with how many of you want to be notified when the site has it's "grand opening". If you want to be notified and haven't put done so yet, you can go on over to DatingSuccessTechnology.com and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. 4) Dating Advice Is Different (obviously) Than Committed Couple Advice One of the biggest frustrations in writing this newsletter has been that I've known that there's a mix of women – and a few men – who are either dating and looking; dating and wanting to move things along; and married or committed. With my new Dating Success Technology web site I will be able to be much more effective in how I can be your relationship mentor. Not only will I be publishing a newsletter aimed just at dating advice, there will be a men's and a women's newsletter. For those of you who are married or in a committed relationship I invite you to sign up for my Committed Couples Newsletter. Once DatingSuccessTechnology.com is exactly the way I want it to be I will begin developing the CommittedCouplesSupportCenter.com web site. Separating the dating advice from committed couple advice, and offering men their own newsletter, will allow me to better achieve my goal of being as helpful as I possibly can. I wish you much love and happiness and a glorious new year,
