This is a timely article because right now, on the Yahoo! Men Made Easy Support Group, some of the women are discussing how they can learn to love themselves more. I thought it was pretty interesting that I was in the middle of putting this on AliveWithLove.com when they started discussing this topic. Go to love yourself.

(In the Understanding Men section)
With Christmas parties around the corner, maybe you can do some of these things to enjoy being a woman a little bit more and at the same time, get his juices flowing. So easy to please men.

2. Health Benefits

Studies Confirm Health And Weight Loss Benefits Of Flax Seed Oil!
(In the Be More Beautiful Section)
My daughter is a hypnotharipist with a Masters Degree in Depth Psychology. She works with a lot of women who are trying to lose weight. She told me I should start taking Flax Seed Oil. I looked on the web and found this. I was shocked by how much good it could do my body. I thought I’d share it with you.

Get Gorgeous HAIR, SKIN & NAILS—Drop 20, 30, 50 lbs. or More!
Get healthy hair, skin and nails, AND lose weight! Studies have shown that using an oil like this on a regular basis supplies the essential fatty acids, amino acids, antioxidants, and phyto-nutrients needed to repair nails, skin cells and hair follicles. NutriMelt's High Lignan Flax Oil also slows the aging process, shields the skin from wrinkling, boosts production of new skin, hair and nails, lowers risks of breast and colon cancer, restores proper metabolic function, enables the body to excrete fat and toxins that are trapped in your tissues, and dampens your cravings for food and ''bad'' fats!

3. Two Movie Recommendations

a. From a friend:
Kara, Have you seen Jacqueline Bisset’s movie titled Sex and Mrs. X? It’s about a woman, Linda Hamilton, who’s husband has just left her. She’s a fabulous writer who prides herself on making it “on her own merits” not by using feminine wiles.

Because of her breakup she takes an assignment to go to Paris to interview Bisset on her “charm school” where she fixes up women to marry millionaires. Intending to do a real hatchet job, she finds herself Jacqueline’s best pupil ever. It’s a delightful movie that I’ve shared only with my girlfriends. My husband has benefited from it greatly, but won’t be watching it! ‘-) Keep the good stuff coming, Kara.
Signed: Suzanne

b. Now for my recommendation.
I just saw The Emperor’s Club, with Kevin Kline, last night and it was really terrific. It teaches two things that we all need to be reminded of. One is that whatever we do, we should try to make a positive contribution to humankind. The other is that integrity is all we have. Without it, nothing else really matters. I think all adults and all kids from 6th or 7th grade up should see it and then there should be ongoing conversations about what’s in the movie. And when it is available to purchase, show it at least once a year to all your older children.

4. Christmas Gift For Your Girlfriends

One of the women in the Men Made Easy Online Women’s Support group mentioned this book to the group. The title is Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts and it's all about how important it is that we include pleasure in our lives. I wish I had written it. I went over to Amazon.com to find out more and I ordered 7 copies for my girlfriends and one for me. I have it listed in my Beauty Books section but here is the direct link to the book on Amazon.com: Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts

5. From Someone In the Men Made Easy Yahoo! Online Women’s Support Group
(with permission)

Hello everyone,
I was reading this morning and came across a quote that really moved me and I just wanted to share it will all of you. It is by Trina Paulus ‘Hope For the Flowers’ ...

“How does one become a butterfly?” she asked pensively. “You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.”

I read this and it just hit me. We are all capable of becoming a beautiful butterfly, free to fly in our lives, but how many of us, no matter how much we are sick of the way things are, want things to be better, or things to change in our lives.... how many of us are too scared to give up our identities as ‘caterpillars’? After all, we’ve been living the way we have for probably many years if not all of our lives. Maybe we have grown too accustomed to ‘less’ in our life. So to me, I guess the key lies in us coming to a place where we are willing to give up the ‘old’ ways that we have been living and surviving. Once we come to that place in our hearts and minds, I think only then are we truly free and capable of becoming the beautiful, and empowered women we were created to be.

Sincerely,
Fauxbelle

I wish all of you a holiday season filled with love, friendship, good times, and lots of angel kisses.

Please feel free to forward this to all of your online friends.

Joyfully,
