Women spend a lot of time talking about men and the quirks and disappointments of how the men don't seem to fit the fantasy. That's part of the reason we try our best to "fix" them. What women don't realize or maybe they do and don't want to admit it, is that getting a man to change is just about impossible. But even with the frustrations, most of us want a man in our life. The key to creating better relationships with men is understanding them even better than they understand themselves. Which turns out not to be that difficult since men don't spend a whole lot of time on introspection. That's our department.
